Concern Resolution Manager interfaces directly with Meditech so
that all relevant information is readily available and appropriate
customer service responses become clear. No typing of duplicate
data fields (name, SS#, address, admit date, d/c date, etc.) occur
thereby simplifying and speeding data entry.
Extensive security ensures that although multiple users can access
only the concerns relevant to that user (dept.). All users are assigned
to specific issues and have no access to issues they’re not assigned
to.
